One new aspect of mail art that I got into in 2007-2008 was the trading of journal pages. The exchanges that I joined were Pick-a-theme (PAT.) This means that an artist picks a theme they want for a journal and other artists make art to go inside of that journal. Rather than send the entire journal through the mail, we opted to send only pages. This way the whole book would not get lost in the mail. So far, all the exchanges that I have joined have square pages that are either six by six inches or eight by eight inches. I've never worked in a square format before so that is challenging. Again, the journal pages are all trade only, not for sale. I have several great journals of other artist's works.
The following pages are pages I've done for other artists.
